The Consultants Council is a select group of professional packaging consultants who derive the majority of their income from packaging consulting.

Members have been involved in consulting for a minimum of two years and cannot work in the capacity of a sales representative.

To qualify as a member of the Council, one must first be a member in good standing of the Institute of Packaging Professionals. Members have also made a commitment to become Certified Packaging Professionals.
